New Horizons Order of the Arrow Survey 2010

In an effort to continually improve the New Horizons Chapter of the Order of the Arrow, we are conducting a survey to improve the opportunities, fun, and brotherhood provided by the New Horizons Chapter. We would greatly appreciate your help in completing this survey, as all of your comments and feelings will be used in planning future functions for our Chapter.

Those Arrowmen who participate in the survey will recieve $1 off the cost of bowling at the May Chapter Meeting.
For this reason, we ask for your personal information.
